App Privacy Policy

Updated October 15, 2026

This policy covers Matt DeBoth’s ad-supported apps: Spanish Flashcards Quest, English Flashcards Quest, Plumbing Flashcards Quest, HomeCare Reminders, Fasting Timer Tracker, StockPilot Inventory (Inventory Tracker Plus SKU), Tickle Me Steve, Paralegal Prep Flashcards, and PPL Test Prep Flashcards. Advertising applies only to app versions that include it.

Your app data

Study progress, maintenance records, fasting records, and inventory data are stored by the app on your device unless you choose a feature that explicitly shares or exports them. We do not send your study answers, health/fasting logs, home records, inventory contents, camera images, or microphone recordings to Google for advertising. Device permissions support the features described when requested.

Optional HomeCare cloud accounts

HomeCare Reminders can offer optional email, Apple, or Google sign-in and cloud synchronization through Supabase when configured. If you use those features, account identifiers, name/email, home profile information (such as ZIP code and home characteristics), tasks, completion notes, and notification preferences are processed to provide your account and sync your data. Demo/local mode does not require a cloud account. Use the in-app account deletion option or contact us to request deletion of account data.

Advertising

Ad-supported versions use Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. The advertising SDK may collect IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or installation identifiers, advertising interactions, performance information, crash reports, and diagnostic data to deliver ads, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and operate the service. These app versions request non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads can still use device storage and identifiers for functions such as frequency capping, measurement, and fraud prevention. We do not request access to your advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.

Where required, a consent message lets you make choices before ads are requested. Open Ad-Free Options → Ad Privacy Choices to review choices when available. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Purchases

Apple handles payments. The app uses verified App Store transactions to recognize purchases and restore ad-free access. We do not receive your payment-card information. Remove Ads is a one-time in-app purchase; other Pro features are separate unless the app states otherwise. Existing verified full-unlock purchases and active Pro subscriptions also receive ad-free access.

Choices and retention

You can use Apple’s Restore Purchases function, change advertising consent where offered, delete local app records, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes local app data except where retained in your own device backups. Google and Apple manage data processed by their services under their own policies. Removing ads stops new ad requests from the app; it does not delete information those providers already hold.

Children

These ad-supported versions are not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information directly. Contact us with privacy concerns.
